Legislative Polarisation

The rule of law in any advanced human intelligence society is centred around a sentient observer’s mental faculties and this observer’s cognition’s active or passive response to emerging consciousness-based stimuli, effecting a human change in an observer’s surroundings.

Binding laws, & societal norms are written and articulated to a human’s intent and human awareness of their mental state in a higher intelligence society.

An example of the rule of law is “stealing”- primarily defined in legal literature - as an “intentful” removal of one’s private possession and having the ‘’awareness’’ of the action.

Corporeality i.e. an observer’s body-based spatial reality, is also an example of one’s private possession.

Some individuals engage in discussions about gender and interpersonal understanding within a small segment of the population as if it were an ideological characteristic.

They are presenting subjective perspectives to the public, using their own language.

These actions reflect their lack of awareness and inability to comprehend beyond their limited observations of human existence.

This inclination towards creating laws that do not align with scientific reality is not in the best interest of society. Drafting documents that deviate from factual evidence is not legislation but rather a vague and dishonest execution of their responsibilities.

Lawmakers who engage in such corrupt practices may draft these laws for personal use. Still, when they perpetuate stereotypes and impose them on others, they should be reflective about their existence.

In legislative chambers where these laws are crafted, transgender individuals are often overlooked; there is no need to legislate on something beyond the scope of the law.

A transgender individual expresses incongruence between body and mind, yet corrupt lawmakers focus on legislating physical attributes rather than seeking to understand this phenomenon. In doing so, they undermine the freedom and lives of those whom they claim to represent.

Efforts should be directed toward developing new language, frameworks, and norms for studying and integrating this phenomenon into human experience. It's unfair to blame an entire species for living under a rock while projecting ignorance onto the existential experiences of others.

These few individuals seek political gain at the expense of others. They should be held accountable for their actions instead of misrepresenting the reality faced by minority groups like transgender women. Making inflammatory remarks that incite harassment or violence in respected institutions reflects a breach of trust by those serving in positions representing public interests – whether as heads of state or local officials such as councillors or queens. Regardless of one's favoured role within society, each person must first address their existence before commenting on matters they fail to grasp fully.

Before attempting to describe others' experiences with careless words, these members will spiral into questions about themselves.
